A new builder is born.....
Scored two banana seat 70's era bikes this past weekend. Jared has already swapped rims and tires and scavenged parts from his old Schwinn. Couldn't be more proud. Austin, the blue bike is waiting for you.
And the beat goes on.......yeah
Scored the elusive T100C H-pipe for $20. Thanks eBay.
So, the official BBB is over. True champions soldier on and continuously improve on their greatness. Our new to-do list:
1) Finish off proper skirt blowing exhaust
2) Mount steering dampener
3) Rebuild front end
4) Remount taillight
5) Get lights working
Ooh yeah.
(if you didn't get the Macho Man reference, you are not a true American)

British Bike Show
In good company.......
the offerings were plenty that day...
proof that angry motorscooters, badass teenagers, and champion mustaches are the trifecta of awesomeness
Autsin, building this bike with you has been an epic journey. We have learned so much together.
I couldn't be more proud of you. Luv ya kiddo.

Leonardtown Car Show
Prettiest pair of bikes at the show. Too bad the judges voted for the OCC knockoff that leaked more oil than my 45 year old bike. Whatever, we had the hearts and minds of the public. I mean, Aaron single-handed had the Mullet vote locked down.
Anyway, I guess this marks the end of the BreakdownBrokedownBuildoff. I wonder what shenanigans we can come up with now..............
Terry, Casey, and Aaron.....all you guys rock. It was fun. We need to get together for a group BBQ soon.

Out with the old, in with the new......
So, it came to my attention today that 2 of the founding members of the Blog hate the name (one was me), so I changed it. And for the record, Aaron came up with the first name.
I think the name is appropriate, cause that is most definitely what we are.
Tits and beer, Terry is Queer.

A few more
The black headlight and chrome fender in the last pic make it look really old to me for some reason...
Busy weekend
So we hauled my bike over on Muffins trailer and we both did a lot of good damage to our bikes. We had Chewie there for guidance and wisdom and then Scuba came over to help drink beer and steer the car on the way home if we both fell asleep.
Enough storyline...wheres the f-ing pictures!!!!
Posted in no order::::::::
My list started out something like this:
Enough storyline...wheres the f-ing pictures!!!!
Posted in no order::::::::
My list started out something like this:
1) Tires changed: NOT done
2) New springs in front forks & new polished legs swapped on: DONE and DONE
3) Rebuild front AND rear brakes: Fronts are DONE, need to reshoe the rear
4) Finish seat, get some kind of upholstery/leather on it that was not sewn by a male claiming to be a God. NOT done (duct tape holding it on in the above pic)
5) Fix headlight bucket, and paint it black: DONE
By my math I've got 2.5 of 5 done. Beyond that list I'll need to change the oil/plugs/chain, get a little bit of paint on the tank (and get it all rebuilt to mount it) and clean/polish the rest of the bike (wheels and cases are really nasty right now!)
Thanks again fellas, for the big weekend of getting shit done.

Tight chains and breathin' easy
So, after my drug inducted coma was over, I got a idler chain tensioner from
http://troyfabrication.com/,
a cheapo Emgo crankcase breather,
and a cool 1/8 IPT breather from http://www.lowbrowcustoms.com/ for my oil tank breather.
I also wired up the engine cut-off switch.
Now all I need is to figure out is what's up with the clutch dragging. After that, it's just fluids and the Hand of God and this thing might actually move....

This is your brain on drugs
So, I had to take a few days off from the build to get my wisdom teeth out. Here is a video of me coked out of my mind. Telephones are freaky man........

Old crappy fork seal
Could not remove. I tried the trick where you pull it apart quick. Pryed on it for like 20 minutes....then got my torch and got it hot and she slid right out
Used some old roll cage tubing to drive in new seal
Both forks done and filled with 135 cc of fluid
One more item off the list....so yea my initial list of 5 turned into about 20......
Starting to look like a bike. Bummed I can't use steves handlebars

Visions of the future.......
Once upon a time there was a guy and his son that entered a bike building contest with three of his friends. They worked hard on their English Bulldog and overcame insurmountable hardships and strife. When the sparks and smoke cleared, they created a machine of Glory. The roar of the engine struck fear into the hearts of gladiators. Men cheered and held them upon high and women screamed and went bottom-less.
#3 down bitches, Oil system mounted, plumbed, and cleaned. And yes, that is a kickstart lever on there meaning I fixed that too. Only a chain tensioner and clutch..........

Ghetto Shit
I had to JB Weld a .22 bullet with a 1/8 in hole drilled in the case to the oil return line to restrict oil flow from the engine to feed the heads. Garage building at its best.

Number 2
Just got all the brakes hooked up, adjusted and in working order. Hooked up the rear brake switch. That makes two down, three to go. Working on oil system this weekend.
Front Brakes on one sexy rim....DUN
Rear Brakes...DUN
Rear Brake Switch...DUN
I like a room temp oak barrel stout with my steak, Losers.

Timonium 2012
Here is the info on the Timonium Show http://www.cycleshow.net/. $15 for the show, but the swapmeet and cooler shit is free here...
You d-bags better go.
You d-bags better go.
Slacker Motivation.
First mod on the list DONE! Amazing what 2 Pepsi cans, $15, and a shit-ton of hammering can do....
I really want to seal the front pipes better and get some cheapo baffles for more backpressure, but they are mounted. Jared helped me pick the mounting design and where to relocate the taillight.
Get to it losers, I only have 4 more to go. But, those last 4 are a bitch.
